The lower level of this home serves as the platform for which the rest of the house can sit elevated above the landscape. This lower level mostly contains parking and storage beneath the expansive overhangs of the primary living area above.
The main living floor is thoughtfully divided into two distinct sections by the entry hall. To the south, a serene and secluded wing caters to the needs of the owners, offering tranquility and privacy. Meanwhile, the northern wing hosts the primary living areas and additional bedrooms, fostering a communal atmosphere. The east façade is surrounded by 5,453 sqft of outdoor living space, inviting views of the water and the gentle sea breeze to drift through the space. The large overhangs provide solar comfort for most of the deck space and thermal balance for the rest of the house.
